These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jobzo mobile application and website (jobzo.uk). By creating an account or using Jobzo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Jobzo Is
Jobzo is a billing and customer payment reminder tool for small business owners. It allows you to record customer balances and send automated WhatsApp payment reminders. Jobzo is a tool to help you manage your own business records — we are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers, and we do not guarantee that any customer will pay.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate a business in your country to use Jobzo. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to enter the customer data you add into the app.
3. Free Trial
- New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to core features.
- No payment information is required to start the free trial.
- At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Jobzo. If you do not subscribe, your access to sending new reminders will be paused, but your existing data will be retained.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing

- Payments are processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) for the Pakistan market and may vary by country as Jobzo expands to new markets.
- We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Continuing to use Jobzo after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app's account settings, or by contacting support via WhatsApp or email.
- Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for — you will retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Refunds for accidental or duplicate charges may be requested within 7 days of the charge by contacting support, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If you subscribed via Google Play Billing, cancellations and refund requests for that purchase are also subject to Google Play's own refund policy, which you can manage directly from the Google Play Store app.
6. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer data and billing amounts you enter into Jobzo.
- You must have appropriate consent or legal basis to send WhatsApp messages to the customers you add — Jobzo provides the tool, but you are responsible for using it appropriately and not for spam, harassment, or unlawful collection practices.
- You agree not to use Jobzo for any illegal purpose, including fraud or harassment of any individual.
7. Service Availability
Jobzo depends on third-party services (including the WhatsApp Business API and mobile network connectivity) to deliver messages. We do our best to ensure reliable delivery, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that every message will be delivered instantly, particularly in areas with weak internet connectivity. Message delivery may be delayed in such cases but will generally be retried automatically.
8. Intellectual Property
Jobzo, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Jobzo app or service without our written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Limitation of Liability
Jobzo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of business income due to delayed or undelivered messages, or customer non-payment.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via WhatsApp/email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, for users based in Pakistan. As Jobzo expands to other countries, locally applicable terms may supplement this document.
